not sure i agree with that, imagine you bought a few weeks ago at $64, when is that price likely to be revisited?
Buying now is nearly $5 lower, if you only bought 100 no big deal but if you bought 2000 your in the red by of $10k over 3 weeks not a happy position to be in.
Looking at the history of this stock is does have some movement in price over a 12 month period.
Perhaps better to monitor the price relative to market and history of the stock and pick a better buy in price.
