At face value - the balance sheet, and costs comments are not unfavorable. Vertical integration is in the never never thankfully, it seems. Bought back in. I do hope they can get their costs and quality act together, and then go for growth again.
If a potential suitor has been watching from the sidelines, who knows?, they probably would have hoped for bad news on the balance sheet. Still the outlook could turn out to be optimistic?
