    It’s good to look at stocks that hold an insurance policy on the balance sheet eg CSR and unimproved land value
    With CSR The earnings can tend to be erratic and I do view it as a trading stock. It’s so easy to get suckered by the dividend. Still if the price is right I would be tempted. Noomxx if you are interested in a stock with a high NTA have a look at BKW
    These are just my opinions
