I must say your correct by identifying the business nature of CSR, but long term investors of the company will not be strange to see such movement in share price during the past 10yrs, and I believe they still have decent return from the company. CSR is able to maintain market share in building products, which have been their core and yield 100m+ profit during hard time; huge land bank valued exceeds 1B, will bring stable profit over time say 50m; Aluminium could be very volatile and I think their are very cautious by doing hedging. Think about its net debt position and just above 2B in market cap, I really can't think of any reasons why we need to sell it just because of increase in interest rate.
