He did not go into specifics, but thought it's worth mentioning

Also on the call. He suggested ME float still going ahead. Targeting $50m EBIT for that biz at 13-14x multiple.
If you take mid-point on the multiple (13.5x) and using $50m EBIT (seems high, but I'm using his numbers), you get $675m.
At 30%, SRV should realize ~$200m.

Alf suggested half of the proceeds would come back into Aus and paid out, but that's still up for debate.

Also mentioned that the agreement with the underwriter is in place, corporate structures are good. The accounting team have a big chunk of work ahead of them, but other than that good to float.

Yes. Interesting to see that they increased their client base by 10 % in FY 24, which seems to be much more than the increase of floor space.

Did he mention anything about competition ? I remember that he said around 1 year ago that competition was still quite intense.
