Yeah, he made a spectacle of it. Was rather funny.

He did also mention many REITs that are opening shared office spaces with poor offerings, making a loss on them but using the cap rate to justify valuations. Very interesting dynamic...

He showed differences in internet/network speeds between offices in similar areas. Mentioned Regus, WeWork and others by name in the speedtests.
