You're right. I never attended any of his calls. Just saw one interview he did with Ozbiz in 2023. So I see what you mean about Alf's personality.
Like every company, I try to understand their business model as much as possible. Unfortunately, they did not answer my questions so far.
It is not that easy to understand their accounts, given their level of disclosure. In particular looking at underlying accounts or what he calls free cash (before capex and before tax).
Anyway, it is probably worth looking at it into more details, given the success of this company versus their competitors.
