Good report, suspect that there are some headwinds for building products in the next 12 months but I am holding CSR as i think they are very well managed company.

The reason why i bought CSR shares was that I was impressed by a manager in CSR demonstrated their energy management systems - very impressive systems providing energy spot pricing and energy usage by the area to all levels of the company. This enabled line management to make real time decisions in energy usage and this was I think about 6 years ago. With energy prices escalating this sort of management system adds plenty of value IMO.
