Yes, agree that the wording isn’t exactly clear. Given that PTB don’t simply use the wording in the DRP rules that it is the VWAP over the 10 day period, I have assumed that it is the simple average of the 10 days VWAP’s.
My calculations produced a slightly lower amount if the VWAP over the 10 day period was used rather simple average of VWAP’s approach. Guess once we see the company announcement of the actual DRP issue price we will have a clearer idea. The DRP issue price last time the DRP was operative wasn’t any use as the shares were issued at the maximum price set prior to the pricing period.
