Nexus Board didn't go through the yellow pages or jump on google to come up with McGrathNicol this afternoon. A relationship has in all probability been established some time ago. Certainly legal opinion on insolvency issues as far back as when the auditors were sitting on the Dec accts or when LT went down.
If you don't believe that the Directors have acted in NXS best interests, why would you allow them the honour of remaining in their positions (to deal with remaining assets) should the Administrator be released.
