There's been a lot of money sloshing between spec cobalt plays, and any mediocre results will be punished as people exit en-masse, just as any success will be result in wild spikes.
Over the long term, the top quality plays will remain and the others will turn to whatever the next flavour of the month metal is.
If you're a buy and hold investor, you're going to have to try to work out which are top quality and which aren't... and if in doubt, err on the side of caution and bail would be my suggestion.
