Ann: Resumption of Trading of QBL, page-36

TransactionS. acquisitionS, complex, significant... this may make my 100% on open day prediction look ridiculous.

Seems to me BHC acquisition with a trade / transaction with biomed THC. Potentially, a trade of IP from MCL to Biomed as part of the deal. LIKE IT A LOT. Would be a way to value that IP.

What's the other acquisition then? If I was a punter, i'd bet on acquiring shares in the new cannabis production spinoff in south american that AEB is building (see today's ann). AEB is following a very similar model to QBL, in regards to their main business and then their MC division, albeit a different ownership structure. There is something somewhere there.

And then, when this ann drops, what's the impact on capital structure?

My bet is a release after close, it'll be a huge ann, so the asx will do that to ensure a level playing field.

Not sure what the point would be of resuming trading for 30Min.

Good to know by Monday (is it a bank holiday everywhere in AUS?) or Tuesday this will be trading once again!
