    UNUSUAL TO MAKE SO MANY MISTAKES WHEN THEY ARE USING A LEGAL FIRM TO REVIEW ALL THE DETAILS.
    I suspect the objective here is to have it trading again after the end of the 2018 financial year and NOT before.
