A bit of a double-edged sword here. The old fellas would have a great deal of contacts and connections, but would lack the drive and energy.
In saying this some of the old fellas could move to a more consulting based role and then they can bring in someone who is a bit younger with the motivation to make a name for themselves in the industry.
