If one compares FLC of today to that a few years ago and it's radically changed-

• Management changes in CFO, CEO + restructuring
• Major S/H change from Lauder to DB & Oldendorff. RI silent & not participating in Cap Raise/Underwriting at these prices?
• Quiet on China, with change on market focus: All China/ no USA, to no China/ all USA

Considering this, the SP decline & associated wealth destruction we've all experienced, it's no wonder retail investors are hesitant to take up their entitlement offer.

I just get the feeling that FLC is being acquired right from under our noses, but also admit to FOMO with it's potential.
