As far as I can see there is no mention of a maximum for the top up. Not sure how Catapult is going to deal with the top up facility as there is no doubt, in my opinion, that the applications will be enormous. I keep coming back to the fact that the process is at Catapults "absolute discretion". So I guess they would have a figure in mind, but the question is will it be a matter of "first in first served" or will they scale everyone back equally or what? No indication from the company as far as I can see.
