Yes correct you can ask for more. But just logically lets say the price stays at it is. I can transfer to CAT $3 million and get a million shares and then sell for 3.8m. Now obviously that is silly and I would not get a million shares from them but you get my point. I had the same thing recently with MYX but they put a cap on the amount you could top up extra to your entitlement.
What they did in that instance was give every person who requested the full top up amount, which pretty much everybody did, 65% of what was requested and then refunded the difference.
Just seems weird not to put a cap on the request as with the 1/10.65 high entitlement a lot of people I am guessing will want to be buying more as currently unless price drops it is free money if you then sold.
