Well I did just miss out at 2.60 I disagree though. This is completely overvalued atm with a 600 mil market cap. I like the company, I like the acquisition but I dislike the overvaluation. First lower high has been made at $4 and I'm expecting a significant bearish trend to proceed. If we close below 3.80 this should confirm the reversal. I can't justify paying 600 mil for a company generating negative ebitda and top line growth of 80%. Was a great buy at 2.50s and even low 3s but following the equity raising there is now 160 mil shares that are out on the market (after the 70 mil are released in December this year from escrow). Good luck to all and hopefully I join in when this hits a more realisic valuation
