The APAC's game drove me nuts sometime.

15c is ridiculous when you look back at the time when Mlx and Wgx were spun out from one company. Mlx was valued at 75c

I thought the sp could react negatively but the current sp is right on the company TERP pricing module at 18c.

It's good to see how attractive is the 32.7M CR in which 15.5M are allocated for institutional investors and 17.23M for retail investors.

    My calculation
    Pro-rata 1 to 6
    32.7 + (32.7 * 6) = $228.9M
    Market cap $130.9M

The current price is a huge 42.8% discount to the raised capital where the raised value is a true estimate for the company assets and valuations
and yet the institutional and retail investors can get further discounts at a bloody cheap price at 15c too. How attractive is that?

My low estimate entry price at 18c (MC 130.9M)
Medium estimate at 21c based on 50% growth rate over 3 years which is about 17% per year.
High estimate at 31c (MC 228.9M)

The current sp is a little below my initial entry price and I consider to top up later if things aren't going smoothly.

It's clearly APAC is in full control on the board members and on the share price itself too.
