I went for the extras, too. I think they'll be allocated in full. From memory, last time the retail offer didn't raise a huge amount relative to the institutional raise. But who knows, maybe things have changed. At the current price, you could sell and buy almost $2/share cheaper. That might explain the pull back today (also expecting that to occur once shares can be traded).
