you are not buying shares but accepting a entitlement offer from the shares you own. It should not impede your participation. However some trustees may direct you to sell down ?
trustees have more obligations now now and are under watch to ensure members are protected or members who are trustees are taking prudent steps for long term accumulation of financial assets.
