I also had a long conversation with Schwab (in USA) about them listing entitlement shares on my account. I spent about 1 hour on phone and was told it was but there for my information only and not anything else. He had the balls to tell me it was to make some feel better! I told him all it did was piss me off. I could go on but it took awhile for me to calm down and I need to relax about it.
