If the overall capital rise of $240 mill is the buy an asset worth 400 mill, I'll leave it to you to work out if there's any dilution. Given lithium prices have risen +30% since the acquisition price agreement, it's reasonable to assume the AJM asset has increased in value. Also, PLS's EXISTING ASSETS are now more valuable due to higher lithium price, so don't forget to factor in same with your assessment, just sayin.....
