Thank you, for whatever reason letter still hasn't shown up but doing it this way did work.
I was reading the letter to eligible holders through commsec and saw the process you've mentioned.
Got access to an additional 7-8k more units at 36c.
Wish it was more but cannot complain on instant profit.
