An offer of this size wouldn't logically cause the share price to fall to $4.60. The decline it would cause can be calculated and I'll post a sample calculation if I can make the time to do it.
Would also expect the small decline resulting from the offer to already be priced into the share price.
Of course a significant event unrelated to the share offer could cause the share price to move to $4.60, less than $4.60 or more than $4.60.
An offer of this size wouldn't logically cause the share price...
