IFM have put aside equity to purchase the company at price above $8.15 a share and have already spent several millions accumulating. It will be interesting see if they were "sophisticated" enough to be offered shares in the institutional placement. Their 19% stake has been diluted and I can't see them walking away taking a loss of that magnitude. A lot will be revealed when notifications of a change in the substantial holding start to appear. I'm still upset at loosing $1.50 plus a share on this deal but will hold hoping this inflation beating investment pays off. Atlas are looking at raising fees on the Chicago skyway by 19% over the next 2 years if I read correctly.
