absolutely disgusting that they can get away with this salary package especially after forcing a dilutive raise in order control the company. I am going to write a long letter to ASIC asking them to investigate what the Hanans have done here. Complete disregard for shareholders while they all line their pockets. ashamed that this behaviour can go on, and effectively be encouraged, under our weak corporate governance framework in Australia!
