I reckon there will be a decent shortfall from this Cap raise... the underwriters have done well managing the price down to 9cents right at the decision time.
As long as the new MD is not a total numpy and follows the current path laid out for him, then I think AMI will play out in a similar way to RSG & even PLS post their transformational cap raises of recent months/years... and the overhang the underwriters will absorb here is gonna make them a bucket load of cash.... I applied for over the max overs in the Rights Issue... but it did get scaled back to the 50% max. I'm hoping to receive my full allocation plus the 50% overs I applied for and looking forward to the new Fin year!
