Lyn Brazil is a very smart fella. Does anyone know him? Maybe we could have a chat, Id love to know why its his biggest holding (I think) and what he might be suggesting to get this show back on the road.

I think a proposed resolution to do exactly what you say or something close would certainly land a very strong message (regarding remuneration cut / freeze). How does one go about proposing a resolution and what kind of combined holding would be required to get it onto the list?

Everything around rem reports is complete BS these days, the stupid lines "we paid someone to benchmark externally and need to remunerate to attract the best talent" is utter crap. How about you deliver and you get rewarded, alternatively, you f things up, and if you are lucky youll keep your job but no pay rise or bonus shares regardless of what the highly paid BS benchmarking consultant said....GLAH
