If I were in this I'd be taking up the offer just as a security because at a near 40% discount to the current trading price there will no doubt be large holders making a quick (large) buck when they are released and you want to be able to do the same to cover any losses on your existing holdings from the price drop! The share price right now is in no man's land and I can't believe anyone is actually buying here!
