Wonder if they are trying to dupe retail investors like IOOF managed to with 3% of their retail investor base buying at higher than market price in their recent SPP.
Why would anyone be dumb enough to buy shares in the retail rights issue @ $1.25 when shares are trading at that level and lower today anyway, on the market. As usual the institutions have been able to buy at $1.25 when the shares were trading at $1.50 on market and free to sell down the shares over the past month pocketing the difference, gradually depressing the share price down to the issue price.
Wonder if they are trying to dupe retail investors like IOOF...
