This is exactly why as shareholder we need to be able to trust management with our capital (or perhaps find another company).
If you trust the capability of management and their stewardship of your capital then you appreciate that they are raising funds for a reason. To grow the business and would likely have eyes on another acquisition at some stage. I have been very impressed with Shaun and how this company is being run. I have applied for more than my entitlement as these shares are not always available in the quantities that you want.
I suspect a good QRT report on Friday should start these new shares off on the right foot. With a 5 to 10 year view I suspect FDV will be a star performer and I am really impressed with the acquisitions.
