Seems like another move by the company to 'clean the slate' & at the same time divest itself of the unwanted expenses of these unmarketable shares. One normally does a cleanup in spring time &/or prior to selling (or in our case maybe offering) something perhaps? Or maybe I'm reading too much into things of late?
