If anybody observed this mornings's action, one can see the controlling entity stepping in through an algorithm within 2 minutes of a larger 14.5 cents purchase, which is not what they want to see as price is parked at 14 cents until funding commitment is concluded, so my impression.
When such actions can be observed in an ongoing fashion, a pattern develops and
the entity wanting to partner with us reveals its hand.
