The broker who pushed this down during funding negotiations in Sept, is probably the same buying up now and pushing the stock up.
All bears the markings of a large partner coming on board and going through the motions of getting set at agreed price levels.
For holders, this is getting interesting now as we will find out what fair value might look
like to the entity, depending when news hit.
