The entity which controls the price lately has managed to achieve that with a small sale into
14.2 cents. They are relentless.
Once 15 cents is taken out the charts will signal a buy.
One would think this to be related to our partner/ investor connections in the US
to facilitate favourable negotionas positions for prospective partners.
Tomorrow is the last day for presentations overseas and one would think that positioning and negotiations are concluded with the onset of the reporting season.
By the time CNS candidate is anounced later in about 2 months I would envisage funding to be locked in and shared with market.
I still view the Oppenheimer Fall Summit to be the turning point in those negotiations, especially those one on ones with our US BOD.
MD has varied since then and buy side is now slowly building up.
Given the fact that we had a massive down day overseas overnight and two consecutive days down on the ASX, reaction by market is muted, which obviously can not currently judge the
ramifications of those news shared today.
We also had such a long period of declining price and pressure on the stock during those negotiations, it takes a bit of time for market to swing back into an ascending price movement.
