You would expect this to be a formality (IMO) as the additional funds are to be used for resource improvements which would only help PLV and therefore provide more certainty for GNR to recover the funds/receive their ore.
Nothing is certain though i guess, but it does paint a prettier picture.
The only downside of the announcement was the use of 'majority' and 'commencement' when referring to the seawall and drilling programs.
Seems $20m isnt enough to complete everything.
