    board has absolutely no interest in a take over they as they said its a distraction the only time they will entertain such engagement could justify is when management can not deliver the goods tbh i dont see this asa bad announcement itsnot great. either but its not all that bad until we find out why the ceo stepped down perhaps this is another EML style. ceo he knows he cant deliver the goodsso give the next best person a shot
