Tim Looi was never a CEO. He was a numbers man (the ex CFO) who didn't know the first thing about leading people or the business as a whole. No innovation, no ideas of his own.
You can't lead a business like this from a spreadsheet. It's all about the people.The day Deven Billimoria retired was the day SIQ stagnated.
