If they can only bring themselves to take a serious look at senior management, they are in with a very slim chance. This is not the time for scapegoats it is the time for serious performance management.
They need to get some people in that know what they are doing and get out there and talk to the people, whether thats employees or clients. I am sure that the majority of the employees do not want to see this company go under. They need to use people with credibility and integrity. They need to take a good hard look at individual company unit performance and start making changes now before it really is too late. A little cap in hand never hurt anyone
I am seriously thinking of investing my money into this company now.............
