JAD - thoughts on the ex. chairman getting a nice cushy consultancy fee on the way out?
I think that surely he has enough shares, performance shares etc etc..... the $150k for 2 years is a bit OTT, IMO....
(i just hope it isnt a sign that they cant contain internal costs and cut "fat" from the business)
