Because it's an itty bitty explorer partnered with a major global producer.
Said major producer has all the IP to make the refinery work.
A large miner that wants to get in on the lithium boom can buy this project all wrapped up with a neat little bow.
Whether it's good for us depends on how much is offered and how it's structured. Can't say at this point.
