IMHO - KDR is trading at current market value of $1.30 +/- 8% trading band (accumulation) awaiting the next news event to take the price up further. Holders shouldn't have to wait too long for news as there are many announcements that need to be made before their August deadline on beginning of construction/mining at MT Holland.
Patience is key but it is reasonable to expect each of these announcements will de-risk the project and increase SP accordingly towards full value of stage 1 (spodumene concentrate production).
