Yes. if you look at the market capitalisation of BAP, and knock 8% of that capitalisation, Daryl may be a good operator, but is he really worth 8% of BAP to the company.? After all, he is around till Jun next year to guide the handover. He has been a terrific asset, but hopefully he has systems and procedures in place just like any other company when a person in a key position leaves.
