This is a shame, but I am assured that there is nothing to worry about vis a vis timing etc. Chris is a very good operator (ex-Head of IT roles for Advance BS/Bank and BankWest, Head of Retail Banking at BankWest, and CEO of CUA), and committed to the fintech space. He is also a believer in the value of change - 'if it ain't broke; break it!' - and the wording in the press release is consistent with this.
