re: Ann: Retirement of Director - Dr. Alan Ro... Dr Alan Robinson made a mint on Pxs and is now focused on new ventures. He is 58 so he wants to pursue something different before retirement. Good for him .

His main focus was always Pxs where he was CEO from 1999 to 2013 . Pxs was going through major trials over the past few years and this is where he invested all his time and money and not Pab where he was non-executive director which was still in early safety trials and not going anywhere for a while.

He didnt have many shares in Pab for the obvious reasons above . This is a guy who likes to do more than be a non-exe director of Pab mainly responsible for Audit,risk, remuneration so he left to run these new ventures. He was Ceo of Pxs for 13 years. He has done us a favour in leaving as we get someone new whilst we get important results over the next few months.

I would rather follow what Michael Stork also an non-executive director and original founder is doing as he has been totally focused on Pab and invested millions through the years a lot higher than the current stock price and not sold one share. Plus he attends all the meeting but chooses to not get paid.
