Sunsfc. TNG all HCers who have a depth of understanding about the value, the true risk assessment (negligable) and trust the judgement and commitment of the board and consultants know she's oversold.
The end of October is on us and even the market is warming up. 20 cents is cheap as chips. Some say it was over bought at 28 plus but that's not my view. Next week we should break 20 again. There's money waiting to enter as soon as the first indication that the next milestone announcements is public.
