No Ivan7, if you read my plethora of posts over the last so many years your question is not valid. but these are important people in the scheme of SGQ and serious investors and long term loyal followers deserve more than a casual one or two paragraph release on the resignation of a director. Certainly for one with Tim's background. And, whilst - yes - there are some heavyweight staff and exceptional consultants serving the company, non of them are on the board.
