Got to feel for Dr Mark Elliot retiring when he did prior to the AGM.
I wonder if he was aware of Andy Tudor doing the ring around and asking his larger shareholders to vote against his re-election.
I can no longer vote as I’m not a shareholder but I sure know how I would vote if and when Andy Tudor puts himself up for re-election this year.
