I'm reminded of a time early in 2016 and after Whitehaven has released its 1HFY26 accounts which showed net debt at $925 6ing m and EBITDA of $106m from coal sales of 7Mt. At this time WHC were trading at 38 cents .. 15% of net Assets per share.
The outlook for coal miners at this time was also depressed. And a US based fund manager quit its substantial shareholding in a hurry.
Is that what is happening at Coronado now?. Australian Super quitting or has the L1 fund turned from buyer to seller ?
